MISSION: Whenever there is a need either locally or on the foreign mission field, Ruth Ministries endeavors to be an intricate part of the funding. We realize that we play a small part in the overall picture, but that we through reaching out to others either locally on internationally will be uniting not only our faith, but our finances and tangible gifts to enrich the lives of others. PURPOSE: When there is a need that is brought to our attention either locally or on the foreign field, Ruth Ministries, a branch of Family Worship Center, Fremont, OH would like to aid in the efforts of assisting to fill the need on a one time basis or a continual basis, depending on the need and the funds available. At Christmas time each year we will be responding to the needs of the community by gathering family names and providing them a Christmas dinner in the Ramey Fellowship Hall and ministering to the families with a Christmas Program, hopefully put on by our own FWC children, and then presenting the families with gifts. The first annual program will be dedicated to Mrs. Jean Bowen and her efforts to make sure that the children are being ministered to at Christmas. FUNDING: Ruth Ministries will be solely funded by raising monies targeted for Missions. As we grow and become a life giving cell, it would be our hope that men would give unto our bosoms just as the Word of God said would happen. In the beginning we propose to have a fund raiser at least every 3 to 4 months, depending on the type of fundraiser and our ability to have volunteers to help. |
